Gladiator Custom Mouthguards All-Rookie Team Announced

The Atlantic Hockey Association and its coaches have selected the Gladiator Custom Mouthguards All-Rookie Team for the 2015-2016 season. Each student-athlete was nominated by their coaches and voted on by the coaches of the remaining ten teams.

Selected as the three forwards on this year’s All-Rookie Team were Mercyhurst’s Derek Barach, RIT’s Gabe Valenzuela and Air Force’s Matt Serratore. Mercyhurst’s Les Lancaster and Bentley’s Tanner Jago were selected as All-Rookie Defensemen, while Air Force’s Shane Starrett was the All-Rookie Goaltender.

Gladiator would like to congratulate all of the student-athletes selected to this year’s All-Rookie Team. Gladiator is proud to be associated with Atlantic Hockey and all of their student-athletes.

Travis Armideo, marketing manager at Gladiator Custom Mouthguards, is a lifelong ice hockey player. He began playing for various clubs at a young age and continued onto junior teams, while also playing lacrosse at the collegiate level. Travis is still heavily involved in athletics, coaching high school and youth ice hockey athletes, as well as playing men’s league ice hockey on a regular basis.
