What happens when you place an order for your custom mouthguard?
In the past, you would have had to go to a specially trained dentist to get a high-quality custom mouthguard produced. Now, the best protection possible is available from the comfort of your own home!
Build Your Gladiator
Place your order for your Gladiator custom mouthguard online, by selecting your mouthguard style, performance-enhancing add-ons, color(s) and logo option.
Once your order is submitted, reviewed and processed, your Gladiator Self Impression Kit™ will arrive in 1-5 business days, via USPS mail.
Receive Your Kit
Your Gladiator Self Impression Kit™ — which includes easy-to-follow instructions, the impression material and trays, and a prepaid return mailer(US only) — allows you to make an exact replica of your individual mouth in the time it takes to brush your teeth.
Take Your Impression
Taking your impression is important because it allows Gladiator to exactly map your individual mouth structure. The impression material is a two putty system included in your impression kit, designed to give you a certain amount of time to complete the process and capture an exact impression of your mouth.
While the thought of taking an impression may be intimidating — as it is an important process — rest assured it is a simple process that takes minutes, and your Gladiator Self Impression Kit™ includes enough material to take two impressions, just in case.

Return Your Impression
Once your impression is set, complete your personalization form, which includes your order details, personal ID (name and/or number on side), design style, color(s) and logo selection.
Return your completed impressions and personalization form to Gladiator in the prepaid return mailer included (US only) in your Gladiator Self Impression Kit™.
Receive Your Gladiator
When your returned impressions are received, Gladiator will inspect your impressions and engineer your custom mouthguard specifically to your unique mouth structure. If for some reason your impression doesn’t pass inspection, Gladiator will immediately contact you.

Your Gladiator is produced in 3-6 business days; though please note that orders made between August and October typically have a longer production time. Once complete, your Gladiator custom mouthguard is shipped back to you with a protective mouthguard case.
Your impressions are scanned using a state-of-the-art 3D dental scanner and given Lifetime Digital Impression Storage. The No Hassle Reordering process from your stored impressions offers all custom fit products up to 50% off!
