What If Your Model/Impression Isn’t From Gladiator?
Gladiator also welcomes orders with any existing stone or 3D printed model. We can also use already completed impressions or scans. Please email customerservice@gladiatorguards.com with pictures of your existing model or impressions to find out if you are eligible for discounts.
Gladiator Warranty
We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement within 30 days. Each Gladiator custom mouthguard is backed by our Compliance Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship in the Gladiator. This warranty does not apply to damage of the Gladiator custom mouthguard caused by neglect or misuse by the athlete. Gladiators that are returned with evidence of chew marks is a clear indication that the athlete is chewing on their Gladiator while it is not properly positioned in their mouth. This negligence will compromise fit, form, integrity and protective qualities of the Gladiator and will void any and all warranties.
Shipping And Missing Items
Gladiator Custom Mouthguards, Sport Guard Inc. (SGI) uses USPS to ship all kits, mouthguards and products. SGI is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or misdelivered items. Should there be a shipping issue, SGI will work with USPS to recover any missing items. Should the items not be able to be located, additional fees may be applied. No refunds are given for lost items.
Shipping Protection Policy
Shipping Protection is available on new orders with an impression kit (USA Only). This must be added to the order at checkout to redeem. This policy replaces damaged or lost packages. An attempt must be made with USPS to recover the package before a claim can be accepted. Not for use when delivery is confirmed. One claim per order (impression kit or final Gladiator).
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation is only valid by phone when requested within 1 hour of order time and impression kit has not shipped. A $5 fee will apply and all other funds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to be processed and returned.
Return/Refund Policy
Gladiator Custom Mouthguards, Sport Guard Inc. (SGI) manufactures custom made products. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.
Failed Impression/New Kit Policy
Gladiator Custom Mouthguards, Sport Guard Inc. (SGI) ships enough material for two attempts at your impression. Should your impression fail inspection, additional fees for a new kit and shipping will apply. No refunds are given for a failed impression.
How To Replace A Defective Product
To replace a defective product to Gladiator you will need to email us at customerservice@gladiatorguards.com and include photos of the defective product. In your email, we will need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Product(s) ordered
- Nature of the problem
- Photos of the defective product
When we receive the email we will instruct you as to whether you will need to return the product before we ship out the replacement or if the replacement will be sent to you immediately.
If you need to send back the product before a replacement is sent; Please include the information above in the box with the product. Also, make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed up the process of your replacement. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process your request.
