Gladiator also welcomes orders with any existing stone or 3D model. We also can use already completed impressions or scans. Please email customerservice@gladiatorguards.com with pictures of your existing model or impression to find out if you are eligible for discounts.
We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement within 30 days. Each Gladiator custom mouthguard is backed by our Compliance Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship in the Gladiator. This warranty does not apply to damage of the Gladiator custom mouthguard caused by neglect or misuse by the athlete. Gladiators that are returned with evidence of chew marks is a clear indication that the athlete is chewing on their Gladiator while it is not properly positioned in their mouth. This negligence will compromise fit, form, integrity and protective qualities of the Gladiator and will void any and all warranties.
Gladiator Custom Mouthguards, Sport Guard Inc. (SGI) uses USPS to ship all kits, mouthguards and products. SGI is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or misdelivered items. Should there be a shipping issue, SGI will work with USPS to recover any missing items. Should the items not be able to be located, additional fees may be applied. No refunds are given for lost items.
A cancellation is only valid by phone when requested within 1 hour of order time and impression kit has not shipped. A $10 fee will apply and all other funds will be returned to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to be processed and returned.

Gladiator Custom Mouthguards, Sport Guard Inc. (SGI) ships enough material for two attempts at your impression. Should your impression fail inspection, additional fees for a new kit and shipping will apply. No refunds are given for a failed impression.
To replace a defective product to Gladiator you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by emailing us at customerservice@gladiatorguards.com and including photos of the defective product. No replacements of any type will be accepted without an RMA. In your email, we will need the following information to authorize your return:
When we issue your RMA number we will instruct you as to whether you will need to return the product before we ship out the replacement or if the replacement will be sent to you immediately.
If you need to send back the product before a replacement is sent:
Please remember to write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Also, make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. We will make every effort to speed the process of your replacement. When a replacement is shipped out to you a credit on your credit card will be made to you for the return shipping of the defective product. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to process your request.
