Registration restrictions for this event:

This event is 21 and older for ATCs working in a University or College (not currently ordering from Gladiator Custom Mouthguards and must have a football, lacrosse or ice hockey team) attending the NATA AT Expo. Limit one (1) ticket per person.

Universities or Colleges currently ordering from Gladiator, please contact your rep for a ticket/promo code. Current teams cannot register without a code or your ticket will be cancelled.

You must complete the registration above and arrive with your Expo badge and emailed QR code to attend.

Restrictions apply to all attendees. Gladiator reserves the right to cancel your ticket should you not meet the restrictions.
